Shipping and Returns



Free shipping in Sweden
Your order will be delivered to your mailbox if possible, if not - your nearest PostNord service point within 2-3 business days.
Large orders will be sent with DB Schenker.


Shipping to Europe
Your order will be delivered to your mailbox if possible, if not - your nearest service point within 3-7 business days, 
10€ / 10 £ / 80 NOK / 50 DKK shipping fee.
Free shipping on all orders to the EU over 90€ / 90 £ / 1000 NOK / 750 DKK.
Large orders will be sent with UPS Standard.


Shipping to US
Your order will be delivered to your mailbox if possible, if not - your nearest service point within 7-14 business days, 10$ shipping fee.
Free shipping on all orders over 100$.
Large orders will be sent with UPS Express Saver.



Shipping outside the EU and US
Your order will be delivered to your mailbox if possible, if not - your nearest service point within 7-14 business days, 10$ shipping fee.
Free shipping on all orders over 100$.
Large orders will be sent with UPS Express Saver.

Please note, shipping outside the EU and US does not include taxes and duties in the price. 
You may be charged with this fee when you receive your order. You may, however, be able to recover these by contacting your local customs.


Returns
If you would like to return your order, please send us an email at [email protected] and
stating your order number and reason for return. We don't waste paper unnecessarily, return forms with information
regarding exchanges and returns will therefore be sent to your email as a pdf-file. 

All customers have to pay for the shipping cost of their returns. 


All returns have to be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges of underwear are only allowed if the packaging has not been opened.

KÖN reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.


We will refund your return within 14 days from when it’s registered at our warehouse. Refunds will be made to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Invoices and instalments get cancelled if the return of your order will be approved in the condition as unopened. 

If you made an exchange, your new order will be sent as soon as the staff at the warehouse receives your parcel and approves the condition as unopened.
